Valerie Porter is a 1981 graduate of Fordham Law School. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Queens College of the City University of New York. She is a member of the bar in New York and New Jersey and is admitted to Federal Court in New Jersey and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, as well as the United States Tax Court.

Gabriel Greenberg joined the firm in 1999 and is a 1996 graduate of Touro Law School. He received his undergraduate degree from Macalester College. He is admitted to the New York State Bar and to Federal Court in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
